ive allways wanted to take up muay thai/jiu jitsu
but only up till now i feel that im ready

Re:considering taking up mma - 2007/07/03 13:25 Stop by and take a free intro class. If you stop by on Tuesday or Thursday you could take both a Muay thai and a grappling class in the same night. If you are interested in strictly BJJ stop by on monday, wed. or friday evening.

We have a couple of different contracts. For a yearly contract it is $120 a month. For a month to month contract it is $135 a month with 2 months down and a 30 day written notice to cancel. Once a member you are more than welcome to take any class we offer as long as your skill level permits.

As far as training times you can check out our schedule at www.mmainstitute.com.

If you have any questions email or call anytime.

Re:considering taking up mma - 2007/09/05 18:33 hey my name is kyle I'm 19 just starting college and have nothing to keep me active anymore. I've done track all 4 years high school all year around, competed at state levels. However, I am worn out from the years of running and interested in something new. Have no background in fighting but ultimate goal is trying to stay active and learn something new. I was wondering if any instructors do one-on-one training? Thanks for the help.
