Are you looking for a creative way to build your child’s confidence, self-esteem and self respect? MMA Institute is offering a complete Kids Program designed to broaden your child’s horizons and teach them effective self defense techniques.
Our program is based on the martial art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and incorporates elements of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). Students learn pragmatic, real life self defense techniques that benefit smaller practitioners. Children learn to not only defend themselves but to also learn how to avoid confrontations, call for help, and how to confidently de-escalate aggressive situations. Parents will notice an immediate change in the child’s self image and confidence!
Classes are organized by ages 4 to 6 and ages 7 to 14. Our schedule is as follows:
MONDAYS:
AGES 4-6, 4 PM - 4:50 PM
AGES 7-14, 5PM - 5:50 PM
WEDNESDAYS:
AGES 4-6, 4 PM - 4:50 PM
AGES 7-14, 5 PM - 5:50 PM
SATURDAYS:
ALL AGES, 9 AM - 9:50 AM
