Weight issue - 2008/10/29 19:54 What are some ways to go about cutting weight, I've done wrestling for about 10 years and have done it before but not exactly the healthiest ways. My goal is to lose about 10lbs or so (about 174 ->164 or so if possible) Any info on how to do it right would help a lot.

Re:Weight issue - 2008/10/30 15:17 i would talk to Arvin. I think he has a 'Grapplers Guide to Nutrition' book which has proven successful for him/others in the past
