Blood Drive on July 31st - 2007/07/16 20:58
Some of you might have noticed a big white poster hanging in the mens & womens locker rooms. Anyway they are regarding a Virginia Blood drive that is taking place at the end of the month @ ITT technical Institute in Richmond just up the road from the school. Anyway I'm part of the commitee involved in it. I know don't ask, LOL. To those who have never given blood before, 1 donation saves about 3 lives and there can never be enough blood in the blood banks. If you have tattooes & piercings you can give blood as long as they were done professionally. If you are interested or someone who would be interested in giving blood call 804-330-4992 to schedule a time to come in or just simply show up between 3pm-7pm. If you intend on coming in to class that night which is a Tuesday I would come early so you'll have time to recover. If you have any questions about the whole blood giving process please feel free to come up to me at the gym & I'll be glad to discuss the process or you could just send me a private message though here & we can discuss matters privately.
