MMAI-Harrisonburg - 2008/04/21 09:41 Hey ya'll,

Just wanted to update everyone on how things are going with the newest addition to he MMA-Institute clan (and no, I'm not taking about the multiple births that took place last week although congratulations to both Dave and Westwood... scary thought).

MMA-Institute Harrisonburg, while officially unofficial, will be 100% official beginning May 5th. This past weekend at the VFL, the first six soilders representing MMAI-Harrisonburg stepped into the cage and put on quite a display. Going 5-1 on the night (with the only loss coming from a major mis-match), our boys put on a clinic of how to finish opponents... everyone who won did so via devestating TKO or slick submission. It was a very good night.

Our gym is in the final stages of completion, and it is really starting to look good (it was an old abandoned warehouse). I am putting those boys through some killer strength and conditioning sessions, "All Day's House of Pain," but it is certainly paying off. Our medicine balls and kettlebells came in late last week, and I'm going to introduce them to a new definition of agony. We are breeding killers in these moutains...

Well I certainly miss my extended family in Richmond, but as soon as things calm down with the new school and my upcoming graduation, I plan on training a lot more in Richmond. This MMA-Institute thing is really blowing up, and thanks to Rick and Kevin we have an opportunity for greatness. Lets do work boys girls.

Re:MMAI-Harrisonburg - 2008/04/24 00:26 Jeremy,
I was so happy that the MMA Institute boys of Harrisonburg did so well. Not a big surprise, We have the best fighters and trainers in the state. This is just the beginning! You were MMA Institute Richmonds first "Son" and it is only fitting that yourself, Beau and Kyle help build the legacy of MMA Institute in your neck of the woods.
We really have built more than a team, we have created a FAMILY of dedicated trainers, fighters, and students. Can't wait to see where the family goes in the years to come.

I really appreciate the loyalty and dedication! You know I am always here for you and your guys.

Now, Get to work!
