Ok I just took my first Judo class tonight. I don't like the landing on your side part but other than that the class is pretty cool. Serious question. Is it proper etiquette go shoot in for take-downs like we do in Clinch & Take Down classes? I ask this cause when we were Judo sparring for the last 20 minutes of class I tried doing the 2 throws we learned tonight & said f**k this and reverted back to what I know naturally.
