Striking – Muay Thai Intro Program

MMA Institute is now offering a 6-week introductory program, free of any long-term commitment available to anyone interested in learning the fundamentals of Muay Thai (possibly change wording to Striking or Kickboxing). The program is designed specifically for beginners at any fitness level/experience who want to learn in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment.

    • Basic punches, punch combinations, and defenses

Grappling Intro Program

MMA Institute is now offering an 8-week intro program, free of any long-term commitment available to anyone interested in learning the fundamentals of MMA-Style Grappling (no-gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu). The program is designed specifically for beginners at any fitness level/experience who want to learn in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment.
